Over the course of 2023, more than a half of internet users in Latvia and Estonia intended to increase their online spending. In Lithuania, the share of respondents who stated the same was much lower, at 15 percent. Furthermore, a third of the polled audience in Lithuania admitted that they planned to decrease their online spending in 2023.
